Below that is the water mark, at the bottom of which is the signature of the Minister of Finance. To the left, is the metal layer and a view of part of the Prophet's Mosque at Madina, showing two domes and a minaret. Above that is the name of SAMA, and at the bottom are the serial number and the signature of the Governor of Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency.
