Centered at the top is a double-headed eagle framed by floral scrollwork and laurel swags. Below it, a frame containing the denomination flanked on both sides by large numeral “3” emblems set within ornate, octagonal frames over columns adorned with floral motifs. Below the frame are legal text, official signatures, and a decorative cartouche containing the year “1918,” with serial numbers below the columns at each side. All this is against the backdrop of a green pattern composed by cells with the number 3. Geometric border serves as a frame for it all.
