Printed in a brown and olive-green color palette. At the top center double-headed eagle enclosed within an ornate cartouche adorned canthus leaves and laurel branches that extend to the sides from where two stylized medallions bearing the number "10" hang. The writen denomination is printed across the center, curved. Below the denomination is legal text, as well as the serial number and signatures. The background consists of faintly repeated patterns and large, faded versions of the number "10" and the ruble symbol. The entire design is framed by a uniform brown border.
