Obverse symbol

Blue and green on multicolor underprint. Dukan Dam (multi-purpose concrete arch dam in As Sulaymaniyah Governorate, Kurdistan Region of Iraq. It impounds the Little Zab, thereby creating Lake Dukan. Built between 1954-1959) on the Little Zab river at center. Two tactile circles at left end. Denomination in all four corners.
