Printing predominantly yellow, green and blue. Frame composed of repeating guilloche patterns with the value “100” repeated in opposite angles. On the upper border, the issuing institute “BANQUE DU CONGO BELGE”. On the left, a security background made up of two Congolese stars and the number “100”. Above, the value “CENT FRANCS” and the words “PAYABLE A VUE”. Signatures are printed in black below. On the right, the watermark and the date of issue. In the center, two mahouts on their elephant in front of a palm tree. The series and banknote number are printed four times in black. The article of the penal code is printed in white on two lines in the frame. Several combinations of signatures with The Managing Director and The Governor.
