Woman standing at left holding portrait of Ceres. Boy on a rock with produce and elephant tusks below. Kneeling woman at right Printing, predominantly blue and yellow. Texts in French. Security background composed of repeating patterns. Double frame with the value ā€œ100ā€ in the upper corners. In the center, the issuing institute ā€œBANQUE DU CONGO BELGEā€ and below the value ā€œCENT FRANCSā€ and the words ā€œPAYABLE ON SIGHT Aā€. Five possible emission locations in red: STANLEYVILLE, LƉOPOLDVILLE, MATADI, KINSHASA and ELIZABETHVILLE. On the left, two young boys, one of whom is sitting on a rock. The second, standing, holds a medallion containing the profile of a European woman wearing a diadem. In the foreground, two elephant tusks and exotic fruits are spread on the ground.
