Receivable in Payment of all Dues to the State and Counties, except the Military Tax. On demand, after Proclamation to Present, The State of Mississippi Will pay to Bearer the sum of Three Dollars out of proceeds of Cotton Pledged for Redemption of this Note, at the Treasurer's office, in Jackson, Miss. Issued 1st day of Nov 1862 Auditor Treas.
