The CONFEDERATE STATES OF AMERICA Will pay to the bearer on demand TWO DOLLARS. for Register [sic] Engraved & Printed by Keatinge & Ball Columbia S.C. for Treasurer. RECEIVABLE IN PAYMENT OF ALL DUES EXCEPT EXPORT DUTIES.
