Portrait of Queen Elizabeth II painted by Pietro Annigoni, Italian artist 1910-1988. HM depicted in Mantle of the Order of the Garter. In the center is the triskellion (Isle of Man triune), a symbol of three conjoined legs depicting rotational symmetry. Also thought to symbolise sun, power & life. Probably adapted in the 13th century as the Royal Coat of Arms for 3 kings of the Isle of Man. Signature - PHG Stallard, Lieutenant Governor Value top left, centre & low right.
