Obverse symbolLight blue/greenish mesh with a prominent number "5" on centre. Over it, frame in the form of an architectural portal with four columns (decorated at the bases with images of the number “5”), wich support the entablature.
The portico, divided into three parts by the columns, is decorated with plant ornaments. Value at upper centre, legal text and signatures on lower centre. On the left and right is the coat of arms of the Provisional Government (double headed eagle) in wreath between two torches, under which the serial numbers are.
