Reverse symbolThick guilloche frame composed of repeating geometric shapes. The wording of the issuing institute is indicated in French “BANQUE CENTRALE DE TUNISIE”. Below, a view of the interior arches of the great mosque of Kairouan, then the coat of arms of Tunisia in the center and an olive branch on the right, a symbol of peace. The western numeral value “5” is repeated in the lower corners and the letter value, in French, is printed in the center at the bottom of the guilloche frame.
