Obverse symbol

Polychrome printing predominantly red, blue and orange. Security background composed of geometric shapes, arabesques and volutes with a view of the fortified Ksar of Oued Soltane de Tataouine. In the center, Kheireddine “Pacha” Ettounsi (1822-1890), grand vizier of the regency of Tunis then of the Ottoman Empire, represented on horseback with his sword in hand. The labels are printed in Arabic in the center at the top. The value “20” is printed in olive-green and orange-red and repeated in two opposite angles. The numbering is printed in black in two opposite corners with a prefix “E/1 to E/24” and a 7-digit number. At the bottom, the issue date “2011-3-20”.
