Polychrome printing predominantly blue, yellow and orange. Security background composed of a large rose window with a view of the El Abidine mosque in Carthage. On the right, a portrait of Elissa, founder of Carthage. The labels are printed in Arabic at the top center in a dark blue cartridge. The value "10" is printed in blue and repeated on the right side. The numbering is printed in black in two opposite corners with a prefix “D/1 to D/25” and a 7-digit number. At the bottom, the issue date “2005-11-7”.
