The place (Paramaribo) and the date are printed in black in the center. Coat of arms of Suriname at the bottom composed of two Indians surrounding a medallion containing a sailboat. Below in a band, the national motto of the country in Latin: Justitia Pietas Fides (Justice, Piety, Fidelity). A combination of signatures in black with the Director-Secretary (or just Director) and the Director-President.
