Printed in tones that can vary from gray to blue-violet. In the center, blue text displays the denomination and legal text below it. Behind the text is a faint image of a double-headed eagle with spread wings. On either side, the number 50 appears inside ornate, symmetrical cartouches. Above at the center, the year 1919 is enclosed in a small frame. Below the central text, stretching across the lower portion, is a garland with fruit and flowers. Behind it all a faint frame contains the denomiation “ПЯТЬДЕСЯТ РУБ” and the numeral "50" repeated. Handwritten signatures and the serial number “АД 09” appear in the lower portion.
