Obverse symbol

Polychrome printing with dominant blue and green. All texts are in French. Oval frame made up of decorative patterns. Six cherubs and four allegorical figures illustrate the Arts (Music, Painting, etc.) and the Sciences. The labels and values ​​are printed in green. The date, ticket number and signatures are printed in black. At the bottom, we find the text of the Law printed on three lines in a blue frame.

Blue. All texts are printed in Dutch. In the upper part, a frieze contains the coats of arms of the 9 Belgian provinces (of which only 8 coats of arms are visible!) with the royal crown and the Belgian lion in the center. On the sides two allegories represented by two seated women. In the background, we observe other allegorical characters including a woman driving a chariot pulled by two winged horses.
