Polychrome print, predominantly purple. In the foreground on the left, two young naked boys. The first is seated on the ground and holds in his hand a traditional bendir, a percussion instrument. The other boy is standing and picking berries from a bush. On the right, a camel driver armed with his moukhala, a traditional Maghreb rifle, rests with his mount crouching at his side. The wording of the issuing institute “BANQUE DE L’ALGIÈRE”, the value “CENT FRANCS” and the date of issue are printed in dark red in the center at the top. Signatures, numbering and date of issue are printed in black. At the bottom center, in a decorated medallion, the value “100” and article 139 of the Penal Code printed in purple in an orange-yellow cartridge.

She places her other hand on the shoulder of a young naked child who hands her an orange. Near the child on the right, two large jars and a pile of fruit on the ground. At the bottom, in a pediment, the value “100” is printed twice in red-pink with an Arabic inscription in the center.
