Polychrome printing predominantly green, yellow and gray. Background composed of a view of the ancient Punic port of the ancient city of Carthage. In the foreground, a profile of the Carthaginian general Hannibal wearing a helmet. The labels are printed in Arabic at the top right. The value “5” is printed three times. The numbering is repeated in black horizontally on the left and vertically on the right with a prefix “C/1 to C/12” and a 7-digit number. At the bottom, the issue date “93-11-7”

Texts in French. Four medallions composed of an antelope, an ancient caravel, an oil refinery and a marine mosaic. In the center, a stylized ship with the Tunisian flag and a pink flamingo placed on a number "7", which we often find throughout Ben Ali's presidency... he having been elected on November 7, 1987! The indication on the “7” means “Tunisia above all”. The numerical value is repeated four times in the corners of the drawing.
