Obverse symbolPolychrome printing predominantly red, blue and purple.
Background composed of a view of the Sidi Mehrez mosque in Tunis and the entrance to the Palace of the Chamber of Deputies. In the center, Kheireddine “Pacha” Ettounsi (1822-1890), grand vizier of the regency of Tunis then of the Ottoman Empire, represented on horseback with his sword in hand. The labels are printed in Arabic in the center at the top in a cartridge.
Above the signatures, the date of issue "1992-11-7". The value "20" is printed in green and blue and repeated in two opposite angles. The numbering is printed in black in two opposite corners with a prefix “E/1 to E/17” and a 7-digit number.
