Polychrome printing predominantly blue, green and orange. Portrait of the Islamic philosopher Abd-Alrahman Ibn Khaidoun and in the background, a view of the street where his house was located. The labels are printed in Arabic at the top right. On the left of the sticker below the watermark, the date of issue “1994-11-7”. The value “10” is indicated in two places in the drawing. The numbering is repeated in black horizontally on the left and vertically on the right with a prefix “D/1 to D/17” and a 7-digit number.

In the center, a book open with the date November 7, 1987 and on the cover, the inscriptions “Openness, Democracy, Rule of Law”. The number "7" above, which is often found throughout Ben Ali's presidency... he having been elected to the presidency on November 7, 1987! The numerical value is repeated four times in the corners of the drawing.
