Vertical inscription in Chinese regular script in rectangle in the center, flanked by clouds. Seal Script in circle, lower center. Seigaiha waves motif at the bottom. Two horizontal blue stripes at the upper. Red oval seal on the top-left. Three black circle seals at the center. Black square seal at bottom-right.

Black ink; black and green stamp. Handwritten vertical inscription in Chinese running script. Black oval seal ar top-right. Green Fundō-shaped seal at middle-right. Prefix character, one of 「よつのときめくりてやます」, followed by serial number.
