開港場輸出入税并に公債利息の外は此紙幣日本國中書面の金高に通用いたし政府𛀁可差出諸租税上納金或は政府より可渡俸給諸拂等にも無差支相用ふべきもの也
此紙幣を贋造する者或ハ贋造の紙幣を通用する者或ハ贋造の版を所持する者或ハ此紙幣に用ふる紙肉を贋造する者ハ何れも皆國法を以て之を厳科に處すもの也
