One black medallion with portrait of Italia Turrita facing left at lower right. Text in black at center. Three small black circles united by a decorated cartouche at bottom center with name and logos of the Bank and repeated denomination "5 CINQUE LIRE". Decoration in light blue and grey with repeated denomination "CINQUE LIRE" and repeated name "BANCA NAZIONALE NEL REGNO D'ITALIA" connecting all the elements.
