Big medallion with bust of Italia Turrita, surmounted by a star, at center. On the medallion frame are inserted four circles, decorated with star and denomination "5", in which the coat of arms of the kingdom of Italy is drawn coupled with that of some of the most important Italian cities and regions at that time (Turin, Florence, Venice and Sicily). Four cartouche, one on each corner, with stars and repeated denomination "5 CINQUE". Creation date and legal text (written into and around word "LIRE") in vertical at center left and center right sides. All surface decorated with denomination "5 CINQUE LIRE" and small stars with denomination "5" inside. All elements in black color.
