Value on ornate shield, supported by herald standing to the left, wearing cape with coat of arms of the German Empire and holding caduceus with the coat of arms of the German Empire and vines. Trophy of arms below, with oar, sword, anchor, cornucopia, two fish, fruits, and leaves. Oak and laurel wreath with ribbons behind. Coat of arms of the German Empire in oval beaded cartouche to the left, with ornamental vines and scrolls around.
